  • Any cancellation/ amendment after the 45 days cut-off period prior to arrival date shall invite retention charges.For cancellations / date change / reduction in rooms. o If received 45 days or before 100% refund. o If received within 30 to 44 days 50% refund. o If received less than 30 days in advance of arrival no refund.  No refunds will be provided for unused nights or early check-out.  Chariot Beach Resort has the right to sell / utilize the cancelled rooms.
  • Additional rules information
  •  The above special packages are explicitly mentioning currently applicable GST, subject to change as per government regulations.  Any future revision in the Government tax structure would be applicable & charged accordingly.  In case of booked room type is not available equivalent room category will be provided.  In case of rooms not being available after being confirmed by Chariot Beach Resorts, Mahabalipuram alternative arrangements will be made.  For all meals if the number of Pax is less than 30, TDH/Set menu will be provided.  These special packages will be valid only on receipt of the duplicate copy of this letter, signed and accepted by an authorized signatory by both companies.  Chariot Beach Resorts, Mahabalipuram reserves the right to withdraw the rate contract without assigning any reason, however bookings confirmed will be considered on case to case basis.  All payments to be received by NEFT TRANSFER prior to expiry of cut-off date of reservations.
