- ◦ All the FIT reservations only receipt of a valid credit card number with valid expiry date or a company guarantee. ◦ All reservations/cancellations should be sent in writing (E-mail). ◦ The special rates are applicable to Classic Travel Shop guest , consultants, vendors only. Guests are requested to present the corporate identification along with Id card – Driving license, Passport or Voters I-card. ◦ Group reservations should be addressed to Email id gmsales@lordshotels.com ◦ The booking should clearly specify the guest name, arrival and time, departure date and time, along with the room type. ◦ Cancellation of reservation(s) with no penalty will be accepted 48 hours prior to date of arrival. One night retention charges will be applicable for any cancellations received after the above- mentioned time period. ◦ Non-guaranteed reservations will be released 48 hours prior to the day of arrival and non-arrival of a guaranteed reservation (no-show) will result in non-refundable of payments received. ◦ All pending cases, rate conflicts, or any kind of disputes should be addressed to the hotel within 7 days of invoice issuance (date of invoice). Failing which the invoice will be considered as agreed to be settled.

- • Check in time is 1400 hours and check out time is 1200 hours. • Early check in and checkout requests will be subject to availability. • Late check outs between 1300 hrs and 1800 hrs will be charged at 50% of the contracted rates. Beyond 1800 hrs full night rate will be applicable. • Rooms are subject to availability, prior reservations are required • Either party shall have the right to terminate this contract without assigning any reason, whatsoever, by serving a written notice of 30 days on the other party. • This contract shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or difference arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. • Parties shall keep the terms of this documents confidential and share the same with their employees or associates strictly on “need to know.
