(3% Transaction Charges will be applicable for any Refund) 2. Cancellations /Modification within 14 to 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fees and within 7 - 0 days will incur 100% cancellation fees. 3. 100% cancellation fee applies to all special offers include, not only limited to Flash sale, promotional offers, or packages etc., These booking are non-amendable and non-cancellable and non-refundable. 4. The cancellation policy stands even in case of any emergency. 5. 3%Transaction Charges will be Applicable for all Cancellation and On cancellation of refundable booking, the refund processing will take time between 2 to 4 weeks.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and incur additional cost. A Pre-Authorization (Security Deposit) will be taken in the form of cash or credit card (Extra 4.35%Amount will be charged on Amex Card) only at the time of Check-in as follows: Rs. 5000/- Per room per night For Continental Plan, extra person 12 years and above will be charged 4000 + taxes and 6 years - 12 Years will be Charged Rs.3000 + taxes Per night, except for Della Designer Suite & Garden Villa Suite Extra adult will be charged 5500 + taxes, for Della Presidential Suite Extra adult will be charged 7000 + taxes. Extra person will be provided Extra Mattress. Extra adult charges are subject to change without prior notice. Visitor: Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID. Pet(s) is allowed in guest rooms and public areas except hotel lobbies, restaurants, banquet spaces, pool area and health club. Pet(s) must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest. Pet(s) must be kept on a leash when in the resort or on the resort property unless it is in the guest room. Pet(s) must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet(s) on the resort property and in the neighbourhood. Camp Della Rooms are situated on a hill, access to the tents is through stairs. Personal Vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal Transport will be provided up to the nearest pick-up & Drop Point. Garden Villa Rooms are individual rooms in a 5 Room Garden Villa with common entrance where other guests can be staying in separate rooms. Every guest gets their own individual room with private bathroom inside the villa. Also, the accessibility to garden villa rooms will involve steps which will either be on the first level or the lower ground courtyard rooms of the villa and the garden villa rooms are not wheelchair friendly. DA & Resorts Pvt Ltd. and management reserves the right to withdraw the package at sole discretion without prior intimation or notice in the event of any changes in taxes levied by the State or Central Governments, the same will be applicable from the date such taxes come into force. All foreign nationals need to carry a valid Passport, Visa / work permit and need to present it at the time of arrival which will be checked and verified by the relevant authorities. All Indian nationals must present a Photo Identification proof and address details at the time of arrival. Cars valet services will be available for resident guests. Drivers will not be allowed to sleep in a car in parking lot and Driver’s accommodation is available at an extra cost and would be subject to availability at the time of check-in. Note: All rooms are non-smoking and guests can smoke only in private sit-out and open areas of the resort.
