Cancellations & Refund Policies

All hosts have their own Cancellation and refund policies. You can check by navigating to the properties page > Terms & Rules Section :

If the Host has not updated their cancellation and refund policies then these policies are applicable.

1. Cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival – 20 percent refund
2. Cancellation before 3-14 days of arrival – 30% refund.
3. Cancellation before 15 days of arrival date – 50% refund.
4. Cancellation before 30 days of arrival date – 80% refund.
5. No refund on No-shows on early departures. The amount for the entire stay as per the original booking dates needs to be paid in full. In such case, a number of days not availed with us cannot be adjusted in terms of the Package cost or extending/ carrying forward of days as not availed.
